Should you wish to return your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Items bought from Silenti Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return, the jewelry must remain in its pristine, original condition and packaging, as per the guidelines in Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. Once we've confirmed the item is in its original condition, we'll process your refund via bank transfer to your specified account. Please remember, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Every jewelry purchase made on www.silentijewelry.shop is accompanied by a quality certificate, both verifying its authenticity and serving as a 2-year warranty card.

Your warranty covers:

1. Stones that are damaged due to faulty setting.
2. Apparent manufacturing defects.

However, the warranty does not cover:

1. Stones that have fallen out.
2. Breakage of any part of the jewellery.
3. Damages due to misuse, like scratching or tearing.
4. Discoloration from exposure to mineral water, cosmetics, or cleaning agents.
